Started going here last year when we got our new puppy. From day 1 they treated us like family! They called us numerous times while our baby was in for his surgery to update us because they knew that we were overprotective first time parents prone to worrying.
I brought my four bunnies to Dr. Factor and he was absolutely wonderful. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, he was so caring. The staff is super friendly and called many times to follow up which meant a lot. I feel so blessed to have found such a wonderful doctor for my bunnies.
