I love this Veterinary Hospital. We have taken our dogs here for 20 years. Even my rescue dogs. They are caring, knowledgeable and through. The office staff is great and they even have evening and weekend hours, which make it so much easier. Dr. Dasaro and Dr. Flanagan are the best! If you are looking for a new vet, then this will be the last time you do if you come here!

We woke up on Sunday and found one of our cats had some swelling on her face. Our regular vet wasn't open and we needed a place to take her ASAP, esp. with the holiday weekend upon us. We called the Newburgh Veterinary Hospital after we saw online they were open on Sundays.

Can't speak highly enough of this office! Our vet is Melissa Flanagan, and she is amazing with both our cat and puppy. Every time we walk in, they are welcoming, loving, and treat our pets as if their own. When we had to take cat in for an emergency situation, they got us an appt immediately, were kind and gentle to our cat, helpful and reinsuring to us and our worries/concerns. Wonderful bunch of people.

Additionally, it seems every vet has reviews that are negative due to pricing. Granted that vet bills always sting if you dont have pet insurance, I found the pricing to be fair and reasonable when compared with others and the costs were explained to us upfront for approval.

I am sure glad we did as they were able to get her right in. On top of that the staff is super friendly and took the time to explain everything. It turned out our cat had an abscess and they drained it that day.

Took my dog there for a second opinion. They went out of their way to safely do diagnostics our regular vet would not do since the dog has a cardiac condition and cant have anesthesia. While we still have not gotten a definitive diagnosis, we have eliminated a lot of possibilities due to their efforts. The Dr (Dr Flanagan) seemed very thorough and took all the time our dog needed to be thoroughly checked out. We never felt rushed and all our questions were answered. The office staff was great and really seemed interested in helping our dog.

I definitely recommend this clinic and we will be continuing to consult with them on surgery our cat needs

I got more information from you tube than going to this vet. New born pup not feeding or breathing well. No info. No help. Never again
