Awesome people that always take great care of my babies.
They charged my card when i left the office after my cats appointment . It went thru August 24th. Then they called to say I never paid. I left voicemails multiple times, was never called back and then I see a debit for $200 out of my account TODAY when i haven't been there since August and already paid $150 and was told that was the TOTAL OWED for the August visit. Lets see if i can even reach them on Monday about this, calling my bank tonight. Poor customer service. Try A Cats Place in Fishkill.

I'm giving a star because no one is bad enough for 0 stars. Let me first say the resort is really very nice. The problem is they don't communicate with customers about policies or let them know when problems previously occurred with their animals. After bring my puppy there only for one week he got sick and it was only after he got sick was I informed that there had been a highly contagious sickness going around with their animal customers. When my puppy came in for treatment he was also placed in a dirty room even though the staff prides itself on cleanliness. I was very disappointed with this experience and it's a shame because the facility really is nice.
Great experience! I brought my new puppy there. Everyone was so attentive. My black lab leo is the first dog I have ever adopted and they answered the million questions I had. This is going to be my regular vet. I even received a free couple of days at the doggy daycare and I can't wait to try it out!
