So dissatisfied! Last week of June my husband and I purchase two of Matts used cars, totaling $8,000 a month after the purchase one car had the transmission go. A week later, the second car radiator had to be replaced. Now three weeks after the radiator went the CV boot needs to be replaced. The trusted mechanic I went to showed me the CV boot which needs to be replaced and then the other side. Wish I could post the picture on here!!!! I've put less then 1,000 miles on this car, haven't even had a chance to get the oil changed again!!! I get it I purchased used cars, cars need maintenance. Which we are absolutely on top of, always have been. This is NOT normal maintenance! Never ever again. Beware he will tell you the car is great, "like brand new" safe and reliable!!! Kicking myself for not shopping around!
I'm not sure what's up with the other reviews, but they can't be right. Maybe because when I bought my vehicle, I was with a woman and I'm a 17 year old kid who's buying his first car. But this guy ripped me off. TWICE. When I bought the car he drove it for a minute and brought it back to the lot. Didn't offer any warrentys and rushed us out the door. I had to get new tires because the ones on them were showing metal parts because they had to thread on them. A month later I got my license and strated driving it. After less then 50 miles, my check engine light came on for a evap leak. Got it cleared and a few days later it came back on. My power steering went; couldn't turn my steering wheel half way and he expected me to drive to him (45 minutes away) so he could, "fix it". As well as having squeaky breaks when I barley touch them. So I had it towed for $375 just for a month later I have squeaky breaks again and I have an oil leak that I didn't know about that lead to a blown motor. AS WELL AS THE SAME POWER STEERING LEAK HE FIXED. I've driven the car for two months and it's a piece of junk rather than "a safe reliable car with absolutely no mechanical problems". I bought a 2008 Nissan mini van from Matt back in June 2017. I already put in over 6000 miles on it, the van is still running strong .Matt is a really nice man he took care some minor issues when I bought it, the price of the van was cheaper than other seller,I would buy my next car from him in the future.
Buy at your own risk!!! Drive past this BOY, ands continue down the road a bit, across from Dunkin donuts. I'm kicking myself for dealing with the lying, shady Matt!
Matt was wonderful to work with, his prices are great. I got my daughter a Volvo wagon and she loves it. Runs great.
