Extremely unresponsive and by that I don't mean delayed, I mean not at all. Out of five attempts to contact them regarding a job, none were returned. No, I am not a customer, I was trying to be, however, perhaps the detail of the jobs I was requesting were too small for them to be bothered with calling me back. If several thousand dollars worth of work is too small apparently I'm calling the wrong contractor.
I work for a well known doctor in Newburgh. Roberts Contracting. installed our Roof and it came out great, Not only did the roof come out super the entire experience was terrific. They gave us an estimate in December. Kevin followed up after the original estimator left the company. They matched another contractor's price, gave a superior warranty and put a tarp up at no extra charge.
Roberts Contracting provided both a Roof and Gutter Repair to my home. Staff was through and efficient, delivering all contracted work and leaving my home and yard completely free of debris. Work was done was quickly. Great work, Great Team, Fair Price. Will use again in the Spring for some additional work on my home.

They failed to perform all of the contracted work, made a series of promises to address the problems but failed to follow through. After I contacted BBB, they refused to respond.
Roberts was an amazing experience. I needed a new roof in the middle of January. They came the next week and did an amazing job with no mess left behind. The people in the office were extremely nice and professional. There sales rep was amazing at explaining their products and helping me make an informed decision. I will be using them again in the future.
