No ticket machines, so you have to use the counter to purchase a ticket, which can be bad since the building opens after some morning buses have come and gone. For purchasing a ticket, the only credit cards they accept are MasterCard or Visa.
Maria is the worst employee ever she is extremely rude and beyond ignorant that pretty much sums up the whole company. I only ride with shortline because i dont have another bus company to chose from.

I kind of had a bizarre occurrence here when for some reason the bus was not coming when it was scheduled so they called us a cab to take us from Newburgh to Middletown. It was strange but fine and the four of us, all strangers, shared this comfortable van to the Middletown bus station. So it was actually kind of a plus because the seats were comfy and the driver was chill.
Efficient service, warm interior, available snacks (not healthy, but enough to alleviate hunger). Just right.
New parking lot with plenty of spaces out back. Building has a few cash-only vending machines, a small amount of inside seating, and clean bathrooms. Free WiFi is provided in the building so you don't have to use your data while waiting for your bus.
