Frank and Jen are GREAT..I call and Frank shows up right away. I give this man A lot of credit plumbing is a dirty job and he is ALWAYS with a smile. His price is always fare and work is always great . I would recommend Classic to everyone who needs a plumber. This is a great family business :)
Classic Plumbing and Heating is great. Quick and efficient scheduling. No charge for estimate - they quote a price, you choose whether to do the job. No "$100 fee" just to come out and see. Frank is knowledgeable and his prices are fair. His wife, Jen, handles the scheduling and office. During my visit, his son was helping him out. Great family business. I highly recommend them. And you are not risking anything to ask them for an estimate. You will not be disappointed.
I was advised to called classic Plumming after being told I need a new boiler by a well name company. First, let me say the charming, kind, and friendly greeting I received from his wife ( his secretary) was great. When he arrived he was also kind and very professional and went and immediately tackled the task ahead. He set my mind at ease and he assured me he will do everything possible to correct the problem. That is exactly what he did. His name is Frank and I would recommend him to anyone for any plumbing and air conditioning problems. His price was fair and I will call this company if ever I have any problems from now on.
