This is one of the nicest parks in the Town of Newburgh. Good fishing, playground for kids, well-maintained trails for walking or biking. You do have to pay per visit or buy the season pass. Row boat rentals are offered and you can use electric motors.
Awesome park! Great playground. Nice outdoor workout area. Beautiful lake with fishing and boats. 2 trails - a 4 mile and a 1 mile. Outside pavilions and plenty of picnic tables.
The BEST park in Orange County. $25 for Newburgh Residents and $45 for non-residents. Worth EVERY penny. They have boat rents to go and fish on the lake. You can also ren't the pavilions for parties. They have one of the BEST playgrounds around. It is also very safe.

looks like everything is new. The men's restroom is New looking and very clean. Plenty,of benches and fishing access from shore. They,also rent boats .There is a yearly membership well,worth it. Oh, almost,forgot to mention the friendly,and informative staff. Glad I,joined.
