The Manager Richard was GREAT! Initially I had a small issue but he was able to resolve it instantly! Not only did he listen and empathize with me he was able to arrange delivery for me on my new living room set in under a week. He was able to not only match but beat a local competitor's pricing that I provided him as well. This was my second purchase from the store and I am glad they have been able to keep me as a customer.
