Though I had to wait for a while due to number of people waiting, I am satisfied with their service.
The experience with This facility has been the worst!!!! Let me start by saying I chose to go to cornerstone for prenatal care because is was close to home, but that was the worst decision made. The Ob/Gyn dept is the worst.. my first visit was in sept, I found out I was expecting. Since then I have been there twice and the receptionist was rude and when I tried to make a follow-up appointment I was told that the computer was down. I am now 3 mos my last Dos was 9/22, and I have yet to have a follow- Up appointment and have not been referred to WIC.. I will not be returning to this place. I will be getting my records transferred to another place where I won't get an attitude when I need to make an appointment and the staff are professional and friendly!!!!
They got me the help i needed so fast. It was my first time there and i figured it would take all day, but it took no time at all
Save your time, newburgh has tons of great new clinics, changing the name doesn't bring greatness or professionalism. Ive had two very important appointments canceld wthout me doing so and each time all they could do about the problem was push me back further and further it was really embarrassing I didn't feel important . The pharmacy NEVER gets it right on the first try.....
I don't usually go to hospital.
my husband went to the dentist ,cornerstone in Newburgh NY and they charged him $50 for a dentist appointment which he didn’t even get a cleaning they take x-rays and wanted him to come back , I informed them after I found out not only will I be calling the department to inform them of such dishonesty who goes to the dentist only to be told we will charge you but you have to come back again for another fee . AND WE HAVE TWO GOVERNMENT INSURANCES , THEY MUST BE KIDDING ME WHAT A BUNCH OF CYKOS NEVER AGAIN , THEY R THE WORST
And the insurance program that they do to supports people is good.
DO NOT GO ,THIS PLACE IS DISHONEST !!! GO AT YOUR OWN RISK YOU WILL REGRET IT . I DID !
But the employees were so nice there.
