Never ever been spoken to rudely by staff. I don’t care how bad your day is going, do not project that to your members- on top of that I get that their crew stick out for each other- crew to gen manager- so I got a response “I know him, he wouldn’t do that” so I get called a liar, when I legit had an arguement in front of 5 staff members - all because from day 1 no one cared to do their job and sign me in properly- being that I’m a member at another facility. He even told me “I don’t want to bring in my tag or take a picture then I don’t need to be here” like excuse you?! WTH. I paid to be here. Members like me pays people like you to stay open I guess you get what you paid for when you go to these kind of gyms but never once in my life (me being a manager at a different fitness studio) have been so rudely attacked because he “got in trouble” last night about it. That isn’t my problem- my problem is when you decide to tell me I’ve given you sly remarks and attitude when the reality is I don’t even know what your talking about! So this gym blatantly called me a liar, with an attitude problem “supposedly” and I’m probably the nicest person and know how to professionally deal with customers- this place sucks in customer service. Take your money else where.
Hey for $10 a month... I see a good deal. Love going there to get my WORKOUT on. There are always going to be some equipment down but you can always find a similar piece of equipment to work out on. The service has always been good to me. And for the most part the gym is always pretty clean. I would recommend this gym for people who want to work out at a reasonable price.
This gym is awesome the staff that works behind the desk is friendly, courteous, very professional. The equipment is excellent. You want to good workout go to planet fitness
It is currently under construction/renovation. It has been for at least two months now, and it is still not complete. It doesn't feel like a complete gym without a barbell rack. It would be five stars if it had changing rooms for each shower stall entry.
Great gym. When I used to go it wasn't that good. I actually used to hate going there but I guess after their renovations the gym became a lot nicer. Had great customer service from an employee when seeking out prices. It's affordable and has what you need. Would recommend.
