The entire staff probably never receives enough thanks for all that they do for us during these difficult days of burying our loved ones. I know the day will come when we will need them again when we bid farewell to more of our loved ones. It is comforting to know that Brooks Funeral Home will be there for us.
From the very first phone call we made to Brooks Funeral home, and spoke to Mike about our horrific situation that was the death of our brother, we were immediately helped more than we could imagine and could not be more thankful. Every detail from the removal of our brother's body to the funeral itself was taken with such great care and compassion. The entire home is so family oriented and made myself and my sisters feel more than comfortable, and honestly, like part of their family. They listened to our needs and fulfilled them more than we could have ever expected. We would like to personally thank Mike for his professionalism and kindness with dealing with the removal of our brother and preparing him for the burial. Thanks to Linda for guiding us through every step- letting us know all of our options, so efficiently and kindly, and treating us like family. Thank you Matt, who dealt with the funeral, saw to it that everything went well. He was exceptional- so nice and comforting to speak to on such a difficult day. With the death of my grandmother, it was my first time organizing a funeral. Mike was amazing and patient with my family and me. He walked us through every step and kept me posted by calling often. Linda was great and made beautiful memorial cards and thank you notes.
Mike and Linda Brooks are two of the most caring people you could hope to meet at your most vulnerable moment. Not many people have found their calling but these two have and they treated me and my late husband like family from the moment I called up until the final moments. I am forever grateful for their love and care.
