My car feels brand new after going through a Simoniz hot wax wash, and my dogs absolutely love the dog wash.
Always courteous and great car wash too. Have not tried dog wash...my dog is tough to handle but if he was easier to handle I would use also. Very clean facility, and everything. ..vacuums also all work great!
Had a slight problem at the Fishkill location, was surprised as heck when I got a response and actual action the very next day! I've been a loyal customer ever since, I even got an actual handwritten note of apology and most importantly to me at least, they took responsibility. That's a class act in this day and age of pushing the blame on any and everything except the business or service provider in question. I've since lost the note from the corporate contact, I think maybe her name was Allison? Also received one from the location manager, not handwritten but personalized and again, accepting responsibility. Loyal customer here, the wash does a great job for an automated one, not like a lot of halfway dry still soapy ones around here. Plus the mat cleaner is free! Can't even get air free anywhere besides one chain of stores that I can think of. Well worth the price, which is average in my experience.
Went there to wash my car last night and paid 20 buck my car didn't even come out clean such a waist of my money
