I hate walking in there and being bombarded as soon as you walk in the door about what you're doing. The accounts people there talk to you as if you're stupid and don't know how to do anything. When you say that you can't get the exact amount out of the ATM they get nasty with you. If they offered any other denomination of bills in the ATM besides $20 maybe I would use it more. Also because of this I usually go to a different branch that is out of my way just to avoid being interrogated as to what I'm doing to access the money I have in their bank.
Maps and street view are wrong. This location is actually on the corner of Union Ave, (NY 300), & Meadow Hill Rd.
I have been waiting on a customer service rep for about an hour , it was terrible one of the worst banks I been to period , I don't live in Newburgh but if I did I would be horrified that this is the only one
